Our Story

From the moment we met as students attending Sydney’s Mimosa Primary School early in the 1970s, we shared a joy for curiosity and adventure. Fast forward fifty years, enriched by plenty and diverse life experiences across the globe, we remain bound by an appetite to share knowledge, with a focus on health in order to thrive.

Brainstorming possible company names, we decided to include the place where our paths first connected. In some cultures Mimosa is a symbol of positive change and Mimosa flowers have been used in ancient traditions to treat injuries. This context matches our goal, helping injured workers reclaim maximum health.
